Forestal Park Tenerife is the largest tree adventure park in the Canary Islands and the only one of its kind in Tenerife. With more than 90 challenges suspended in the treetops, you can cross suspension bridges, nets, lianas and giant zip lines, some up to 230 metres long. In addition, the park offers different levels of difficulty, from easy to extreme, so every visitor can find their own challenge.

- Minimum number of persons per booking: 2
- Activity with a minimum number of participants: there is a possibility that the booking may be cancelled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants. In this case, the client will be offered an alternative date or the possibility to cancel and receive a full refund.
- Departure will be early enough to arrive at the first site at around 12:00.
- The Guachinche may vary in case the chosen one closes on the days chosen for the route, or due to holidays, but we have several Guachinches that meet the same characteristics of quality, location and permits.
- Although it is not a route designed for children, there are children’s menus in all the Guachinches, for which 50% will be charged for children from 3 to 11 years old. Children up to 2 years old do not have to pay.
- The tour ends at approximately 16:00, not including travel time back to the client’s accommodation.

- Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (last admission at 3:00 pm).

If you are a group of at least 12 people, we can open any day of the week with prior reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

– Comfortable and warm sportswear (it is always advisable to check the minimum temperatures in the municipality of El Rosario, Santa Cruz de Tenerife). It is always advisable to wear long trousers, even though it is summer.
– Closed sports shoes that support the foot well (tennis shoes, trainers, hiking boots, etc.) are compulsory. Flip-flops, sandals, high-heeled shoes, etc. are not permitted.
– Long hair must be tied back.
– Gloves with good finger movement (mittens, sports gloves, etc.) are recommended.
– We recommend the use of a fanny pack or small light backpack to carry personal belongings. There are no lockers at the moment.
– If you are a resident of the Canary Islands, please show your DNI/NIE or an official document at the reception desk.
– Always be at our reception 30 minutes before your reservation time.
– The park is open any day of the week, by prior reservation, for groups of at least 12 participants.
– Seating is limited. Reservations must be made in advance.

– Activity not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
– Activity not recommended for people with general physical problems (e.g. heart disease, respiratory problems, etc.). In case of doubt, we recommend that you consult your doctor.

- Tell your more adventurous friends and family and start sounding out when they might come to Forestal Park Tenerife. You can create a Whatsapp group, Instagram, etc. and share some of the videos from our Youtube Channel to encourage them.
- Book your places by purchasing online and read carefully all the information you will receive by mail.
- Prepare your journey to our facilities. Please note that we are on a mountain road where cyclists and other mountain users circulate, so you should leave home in good time to come and enjoy the road that crosses Monte de La Esperanza.
- Prepare the clothes and accessories you need to enjoy 100% of the adventure in the trees. Download our list of recommendations.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time to check in at our Reception and go to the Equipment Area, the adventure begins!
If you wish to make a change or cancel your visit, you must do so 48 hours before the time of your visit by contacting the Reservations Department via email. If less than 48 hours notice is given, no refund will be given and the change will be subject to availability at that time. See our terms and conditions of purchase.
POSSIBLE MISHAPS
Adverse weather
If on the day of your visit the park has to close due to heavy rain, wind, storm, etc. or any adverse weather conditions, the activity will be cancelled for safety reasons. In this case, you may request a refund of the payment you have made or change the day of your booking to another date subject to availability.
Force majeure
In the event that our facilities are closed due to force majeure (for example, due to health restrictions, restrictions indicated by the Cabildo of Tenerife, the Government of the Canary Islands or any other competent authority, etc.), the activity will be cancelled in accordance with the instructions of the competent authority. In this case, you may request a refund of the payment you have made or change the day of your booking to another date subject to availability.
