These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relationships between Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> and its online customers (“the Customer”).<\/p>\n

Before making any transaction, the Customer acknowledges having read and expressly accepts these terms and conditions by clicking on the “I Accept”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L. is a commercial entity, and as such, in relation to sales made through its portal or other means, it complies with the applicable commercial laws and consumer rights regulations in force at any given time.<\/p>\n

1. Identification<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong>, with registered address at Calle La Deseada 51B, San Miguel de Abona<\/strong>, CIF B65984759<\/strong>, registered in the Commercial Registry of Tenerife<\/strong>, Volume 3285<\/strong>, Folio 160<\/strong>, Page TF-52173<\/strong>, is the owner of the website: www.barrancodelinfierno.es<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L. is the concessionaire responsible for the maintenance, control, and access management<\/strong> of the Special Nature Reserve “Barranco del Infierno”<\/strong> in Adeje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Website Content and Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L. reserves the right to modify<\/strong> at any time the characteristics of the commercial offers presented on the website.<\/p>\n

Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L. provides commercial information truthfully. However, this information may occasionally contain typographical errors. In such cases, and completely beyond our control, these errors will be corrected immediately.<\/p>\n

3. Special Sales Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the special sales conditions<\/strong> displayed on the screen (date, trail access conditions, required documentation, visit duration, group size, guided access conditions, service costs, etc.).<\/p>\n

The purchase of access tickets<\/strong> or the booking of guided tours<\/strong> implies the full and unconditional acceptance<\/strong> of the special sales conditions, which apply exclusively to the contracted products or services.<\/p>\n

4. Purchasing Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Customer begins the purchase process by selecting the desired date<\/strong> in the reservation calendar<\/strong>. The order is added to a total that includes all confirmed products. Before completing the order, the Customer must click on the button “I accept the general terms and conditions of sale and proceed with the payment”<\/strong> in the menu bar.<\/p>\n

5. Applicable Taxes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The prices of the products and services displayed on the Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> website include<\/strong> the General Indirect Canary Tax (IGIC)<\/strong> where applicable.<\/p>\n

6. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For online purchases<\/strong> made through www.barrancodelinfierno.es<\/a><\/strong>, only electronic card payments<\/strong> or PayPal<\/strong> are accepted.<\/p>\n

Cash payments<\/strong> by mail or other postal systems will not be accepted<\/strong> under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

7. Purchase Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Once the payment is completed, the Customer must print the access ticket<\/strong>, which specifies the exact entry time<\/strong> and reservation number<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Entry to the Barranco del Infierno is strictly prohibited without a valid ticket<\/strong>, regardless of whether a reservation or payment was made. The ticket must be kept until the exit.<\/p>\n

For discounted tickets, valid proof of residency<\/strong> must be presented. If the visitor fails to provide valid documentation<\/strong>, they will have to purchase a new ticket at full price<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

8. Customer Rights: Returns and Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period<\/strong>, provided that the cancellation is communicated at least 3 days before<\/strong> the reserved date. The Customer must notify Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> within the established deadline using any legally accepted means.<\/p>\n

If the withdrawal is communicated in due time, Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> will refund the purchase amount to the credit card<\/strong> used, within the legally established period.<\/p>\n

If the withdrawal is not communicated at least 3 days in advance<\/strong>, no refund will be issued, and no changes will be made to the reservation.<\/p>\n

In case of closure due to rain or wind<\/strong>, the Customer will have two options<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. Reschedule the reservation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Receive a full refund.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the Customer reschedules the reservation, the 3-day notice policy will apply again<\/strong> for any future modifications.<\/p>\n

    If the cancellation is made with at least 3 days’ notice<\/strong>, the ticket will remain valid for one year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Due to limited capacity, it is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled entry time<\/strong>. If the Customer arrives late, entry is not guaranteed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    9. Warranty and Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Barranco del Infierno<\/strong> is a Special Nature Reserve<\/strong>. Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L. does not guarantee refunds<\/strong> for access difficulties due to natural causes<\/strong> (rain, storms, etc.).<\/p>\n

    Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> will be responsible for the consequences of failure to execute or improperly execute the contract in proportion<\/strong> to its role in managing the access and maintenance of the Barranco del Infierno<\/strong> trail.<\/p>\n

    However, Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L. will not be liable<\/strong> in cases of force majeure<\/strong> (unexpected, extraordinary circumstances beyond control), when the Customer or a third party is responsible<\/strong>, or when the incident could not have been foreseen or prevented<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Claims must be submitted on-site<\/strong> or as soon as possible in writing<\/strong>. If a dispute arises, the Customer may escalate the case to the competent authorities<\/strong> for mediation.<\/p>\n

    If the conflict is not resolved, the Customer may pursue arbitration or judicial proceedings<\/strong>. Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L. is not a member of the consumer arbitration system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    10. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/strong> at any time.<\/p>\n

    Changes will be made in accordance with applicable laws<\/strong>. Modifications will not affect Customers with previously purchased tickets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    11. Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    By using the services of Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> on www.barrancodelinfierno.es<\/a><\/strong>, users voluntarily provide personal data (“Personal Data”).<\/p>\n

    Falinia Gesti\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> processes this data securely and confidentially<\/strong> in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/strong> and Spanish data protection laws.<\/p>\n
